To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. This is why we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery.

To process a return or exchange, please reach out to info@narcissusjewels.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once your item is received in our studio, our team will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. To keep our prices fair for all customers, a $35 shipping fee will apply to both returns and exchanges and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please ensure that items are returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If a partial return causes your order total to fall below the required threshold for the promotion, the free item must be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

The following items, due to their nature cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

— Custom orders.
— Personalized and engraved items.
