Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Shipping
Rush Order
Pending availability, we are happy to accommodate rush orders for domestic and international customers. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline.
Production Time
All Narcissus jewels are carefully handmade in our Studios. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a convo.
International Shipping
DHL 2-5 Business Days (Tracking code) NON Insured
Important note for international buyers:
You may be required to pay VAT/import fee before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.
Lost Packages
Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.
