To ensure on-time delivery, order by November 22 for Black Friday and December 17 for Christmas.
Frequently Asked Questions
Every Narcissus creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our Athens studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order, plus shipping time.
Order by November 22 for made-to-order and December 13 for ready-to-ship for delivery before the holidays.
For orders placed between November 12 and December 20, the return window is extended until January 31, 2025. Outside of this period, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
