Shipping & Orders
We ship all over the world and it's FREE.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases.
For orders delivered within the EU, United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland, there are no additional charges upon delivery. For not listed countries, customs or import fees may apply, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs.
On average, we deliver in 2-3 working days with DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment every step of the way.
To expedite delivery, most U.S. orders will be shipped via DHL Express from our office in California. Orders to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia will be shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece.
Each piece of jewelry in our collection is meticulously inspected by our in-house GIA-certified gemologists prior to being dispatched. Upon purchasing, you will be provided with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes a unique certificate number. This document verifies the authenticity of the gold, diamonds, and gemstones in your jewelry, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We take great pride in maintaining full transparency, so you can confidently trust in the value and integrity of your investment.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. To ensure we keep our prices fair for all customers, a return shipping fee of $35 will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders, personalized and engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty
At Narcissus, we stand behind the materials, design, and craftsmanship of every piece and we are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty for any material or workmanship defects.
This warranty does not apply to items that have snapped due to mishandling, improper use, or wear and tear after receipt. It also excludes damage caused by accidents, normal wear, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs.
