Our story began at the heart of Athens, Greece, where our first studio opened its doors, igniting a passion for craftsmanship and creativity. With hard work and dedication, the first jewelry designs were brought to life, consisting mainly of solid gold chains which quickly found their place among the offering of Greece's foremost major retailers, marking the genesis of our brand's legacy.
From those humble beginnings, we've evolved and established an international presence, shipping our unique designs around the globe. What has remained unchanged is our ethos of crafting jewelry that stands the test of time using sustainable and long-lasting materials, while providing honest prices, free from the industry's traditional high markups.
At Narcissus, we take pride in creating all our pieces in our studio using 14k solid gold and ethical stones. Our in-house production allows us to sell directly to you, eliminating the need for middlemen and extra costs, while ensuring the same quality as renowned luxury brands. In this way, we stay true to our commitment to fair prices and superior craftsmanship.

Shipping & Orders
We ship all over the world and it's FREE.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases.
To expedite delivery, most U.S. orders will be shipped via DHL Express from our office in California. Orders to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia will be shipped from our studio in Athens, Greece.
Every Narcissus creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our Athens studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order, plus shipping time.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with the tracking info of your shipment. In case you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at info@narcissusjewels.com
Please email us at info@narcissusjewels.com with your order number within 12 hours and our team will try to accommodate your request.
If your order hasn't shipped, we can edit the shipping address. Make sure you contact us at info@narcissusjewels.com as soon as possible.
For orders delivered within the EU, United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland, there are no additional charges upon delivery. For not listed countries, customs or import fees may apply, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs.
Our standard shipping does not include insurance coverage. If you would like to explore insurance options for your order, please let us know at info@narcissusjewels.com and we can provide you with available choices and associated costs.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at info@narcissusjewels.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. To ensure we keep our prices fair for all customers, a return shipping fee of $35 will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders, personalized and engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us at info@narcissusjewels.com to initiate a return or exchange. Our customer care team will get back to you with a prepaid return label and the shipping instructions.
Once our team has received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 2-3 business days.
Warranty
At Narcissus, we stand behind the materials, design, and craftsmanship of every piece and we are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty for any material or workmanship defects.
This Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, normal wear, loss or theft, or unauthorized repairs.
